Overview of Logs

Logs keeps a list of various activity that is done in each workspace by category and user for audit purposes.

Click Logs under the Build Section on the Navigation panel.

The Logs can be searched, sorted and filtered.  The list does not update automatically.  The user would have to hit the green "Refresh" at the top right of the page to update.

Logs lists the following type of information:

  • Workflows run
  • Missing information, such as entity 
  • Imported information 
  • P# message for old or obsolete scripts
  • Successfully run scripts and workflows

Logs columns sort when a user clicks on them.
