Datagration Implementation

Datagration Implementation Methodology (DIM), is a phased, systematic, and measurable deployment approach of our solution that continuously monitors progress and business value during the lifecycle of the project.

The project kicks off by clearly defining its objectives, scope, resources, and deployment strategy.  To understand the DIM, there are different sections to review:

Project Phases

Following this, we proceed to navigate through the five phases of implementation.

Phase 0:  Pre-Kickoff

We define the roles and responsibilities within our team and align them with the client's expectations.

Phase 1:  Data Discovery

We identify the data connections and sources of various information.

Phase 2:  Design

We work with the client to design the solution the aligns with the objectives.

Phase 3:  Build

During the build phase, we collaborate closely with the client in an iterative process to ensure that the solution functions effectively and meets the data expectations.

Phase 4: Delivery & Sign-off

In this phase, the client conducts thorough testing to ensure that the solution is functional and meets all requirements before final sign-off.

Phase 5:  Training & Ongoing Support

The project transitions to the Customer Success team for continuous support and assistance.
