Customer Support Process

Contact support and the ticketing process for work items.

Datagration believes that Customers drive our success.  When a customer runs into an issues with the platform, there are many avenues to contact Datagration.

1. Email support@datagration.com.  Emails to the support mailbox get logged as tickets and tracked by the Customer Success Team.  Upon ticket creation, the contact will receive an email to confirm that the team created a ticket to be tracked.

2.  Contact your Customer Success Manager.   Your manager will probably assign a ticket to the issue to track your concerns.

3.  Post on your MS Teams Channel.  Your Customer Success Manager will respond on Teams and create a ticket.
